LAY-A-WAY

We offer lay-a-ways on purchases over $100.00 in three equal payments. This requires 1/3 at time of purchase, 1/3 in 30 days and the last payment of 1/3 in 30 days after that. Wulff's Stamps will keep the stamps until payment is received in full. We can extend lay-a-ways further on larger purchases.
